During the first 15 days of June, the Business Registration Call Centre answered 99% of the calls it received.
According to statistics released by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the call centre received more than 1,500 phone calls between 1 and 15 June 2026. Of these, over 99% were successfully answered, with customers receiving the information and assistance they required.
As a result of efforts to improve service quality, the average waiting time for callers during this period was reduced to less than two minutes. This represents a significant convenience for those seeking the service.
The call centre primarily provides information on business registration procedures and updating business records. In addition, the team assists callers with obtaining various business-related permits and licenses, while also providing guidance and advice on a wide range of business-related matters. The call centre team continues to work diligently to ensure uninterrupted support and assistance for businesses.
