In order to enhance the framework for the protection of intellectual property rights in the Maldives as outlined in the roadmap for completion during the term of H.E President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has drafted the Trademark bill and is inviting the public to provide any suggestions or comments on the bill.

Any comments to the bill are requested to be sent to this Ministry via [email protected] on or before 14:00 of 14th April 2024.
