Please be advised that the requirement for company annual fees has been abolished, effective 1st January 2024. However, any outstanding annual fees from the previous years, covering the period up to 31st December 2023, must be settled by 15th February 2024.

These outstanding fees can be paid through the Maldives Inland Revenue Authority’s VaaruPay platform.
