The Ministry of Economic Development, Transport and Trade has announced a limited-time opportunity for applicants to complete business-related applications submitted through the Business Portal that remain unfinished due to incomplete steps or outstanding payments.According to the Ministry, while a large number of applications have been submitted through the portal, many remain incomplete at various stages of the process. Applicants are therefore encouraged to complete the required steps and make the necessary payments to finalize their applications.The following types of applications are eligible under this opportunity:

Applications to reserve a company name that remain incomplete because the required fee has not been paid.Applications where a company or business name has been reserved, but the registration process has not been completed.Company registration applications where the registration form has been submitted but the required payment has not been made, leaving the application incomplete.Applications to change the name of a sole proprietorship after reserving a new business name, where the process remains incomplete.Name change applications where the form has been completed and the process has reached the payment stage, but payment has not yet been made.

The Ministry stated that all eligible applications must be completed and the required payments made by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, 16 July 2026.The Ministry also noted that any applications still left incomplete after the deadline will be automatically cancelled by the system without further notice.For further information, applicants may contact the Ministry by calling 3333188 or 3333169, or by emailing [email protected]
