The Ministry of Economic Development, Transport, and Trade has participated in the “South Asia Commodity (Tea) Festival,” a key component of the 10th edition of the China-South Asia Expo (CSAE). The Maldives was represented at this prestigious event by State Minister for Economic Development, Ismail Rifau.

During the event, the Maldives was accorded a special honor for its role as a “Regional Promotion Partner” for premium CSAE products. State Minister Ismail Rifau accepted the honorary medal on behalf of the Ministry, which was presented by the event organizers in recognition of the Maldives’ contribution to regional trade promotion.
