An opportunity has been opened for the Maldives to participate in “Grand Halal Bangkok 2026,” scheduled to be held in Thailand.

The event will take place from July 15 to 17 this year at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC). Participation opportunities have now been extended to Maldivian businesses, industry stakeholders, and government institutions. This is Thailand’s only international halal industry exhibition, officially organized by the Central Islamic Council of Thailand.

The three-day exhibition will cover a wide range of sectors connected to the halal industry, including food and beverages, tourism, healthcare, and Islamic finance. In addition, eligible participants will have opportunities to take part in B2B sessions and access premium sponsorship packages.
