The opportunity to participate in the 10th China–South Asia Exposition (CSA Expo), scheduled to be held in Kunming, Yunnan Province of China, has been opened for Maldivian businesses and entrepreneurs by the Ministry of Economic Development, Transport and Trade.

The expo will take place from June 11 to 16 this year. The invitation to participate was extended to the Ministry by the Government of China. As in previous years, this year’s expo will provide Maldivian businesses with the opportunity to showcase their products on an international platform, as well as to sell their goods to interested buyers.

The CSA Expo is a major international exhibition that attracts businesses from China and many other countries, along with a large number of visitors. A range of activities are planned to strengthen business linkages, including product launch ceremonies, procurement matchmaking meetings, and events such as food festivals.

According to the Ministry, the expo presents a valuable opportunity for Maldivian businesses to promote locally made products in international markets and expand their market reach.

Interested participants are requested to submit their information to the Ministry via email at [email protected] before 14:00 on April 28, 2026.

The Ministry also noted that participation slots will be allocated based on the number of booths made available to the Maldives at the expo.
