The deadline for completing pending applications submitted through the Ministry of Economic Development, Transport and Trade’s Business Portal ends today.
The Ministry announced that applicants with submissions that remain incomplete at various stages or are awaiting payment must complete the required steps and settle the applicable fees by the deadline.
According to the Ministry, while a large number of applications have been submitted through the portal, many remain incomplete at different stages of processing. Applicants are therefore requested to complete their applications and make the required payments.
The following categories of applications can be completed under this arrangement:
- Company name reservation applications that remain incomplete due to non-payment.
- Business or company registration applications where the registration process was not completed after reserving a name.
- Registration applications where the form was submitted but the required fee has not been paid.
- Sole proprietorship name change applications that remain incomplete after reserving a new business name.
- Name change applications where the form has been completed but payment has not been made.
The Ministry stated that all pending applications must be completed and payment made before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, 16 July 2026.
Applications that remain incomplete after the deadline will be automatically cancelled by the system without further notice.
